The story revolves around the Ashwath Raina (John Abraham), who is an IAS officer. He suggests that India conduct its own set of nuclear tests to stay ahead in the nuclear race with China and Pakistan. Later, Ashwat Raina and his teammates arrive in Pokhran to re-conduct a confidential nuclear test. At that time they face some mental and physical challenges from the American Lacrosse satellite and local spies.
